IEEE Style for writing the project report.
  1. Each Report must be formatted using the IEEE two-column format.
  2. The maximum length of each report should be 4-6 pages with brief including references, figures, tables, equations, K-MAP, etc.
  3. Each report should have abstract, and at least five keywords. The abstract must be a concise yet comprehensive reflection of what is in the report. In particular:
    • The abstract must be self-contained, without abbreviations, footnotes, or references.
    • The abstract must be between 100-250 words.
    • The abstract must be written as one paragraph, and should not contain displayed mathematical equations or tabular material.
    • The abstract should include three or four different keywords or phrases; It is important to avoid over-repetition of such phrases.
    • Ensure that the abstract reads well and is grammatically correct.
  4. Each report should contain on the first page the full names and (typically as footnotes) affiliation of all authors, as well as their email addresses.
  5. References should appear at the end of the paper, with items referred to by numerals in square brackets, e.g., [12]. In either case, references should be complete and in IEEE style.
·         Style for papers: Author, first initials followed by last name, title, volume, inclusive page numbers, month, and year.
·         Style for books: Author, title, location and publisher, year, chapter or page numbers (if desired).
Note- Each student must bring his/her report in printed form (Back to Back). Find the attached sample copy for drafting the report.
